Drake apologizes for Phillip Seymour Hoffman comments and says Rolling Stone made him "feel violated."
Yesterday (February 13), Drake criticized Rolling Stone for taking him off the magazine's cover. The publication responded by saying that it is customary to switch covers when a musician or actor dies and in this case, the publication elected to publish a cover featuring Phillip Seymour Hoffman, who passed away February 2."They...took my cover from me last minute and ran the issue," Drake said in a Twitter post today. "I'm disgusted with that. RIP to Phillip Seymour Hoffman. All respect due. But the press is evil."
Drake later deleted the Twitter updates above and issued a statement on his OVO Blog about why he is frustrated with Rolling Stone and why he feels he must apologize for his comments regarding Phillip Seymour Hoffman.
